The Fergana–Ulsan Business Forum was held at the Fergana Regional Information and Library Center named after Ahmad Fergani. The event was attended by the Governor of Fergana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, Mayor of Ulsan Metropolitan City of South Korea, Kim Doo Gyeom, as well as officials and entrepreneurs from both regions.

In his speech at the forum, Governor Khayrullo Bozorov emphasized that the main goal of the event was to present the region’s investment potential to Korean entrepreneurs and to attract them to cooperation. He also highlighted several large-scale projects currently underway, particularly the initiative to establish a center for training qualified specialists for Ulsan.

“Today, cooperation has also begun between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two regions. We believe this will yield positive results in the future. Together with Korean entrepreneurs, we plan to implement major projects in various sectors in Fergana,” said the Governor.

Mayor Kim Doo Gyeom of Ulsan stressed the importance of further developing cooperation between the two regions on the basis of brotherhood and friendship, noting that there are ample opportunities to achieve this.

During the event, promotional videos showcasing the investment potential of Fergana and Ulsan were presented. B2B meetings were also held between representatives of the business communities of both cities. The forum concluded with the signing of a number of agreements and contracts.
