As part of the “From Poverty to Prosperity” program, the next citizens’ reception was held at the Oq-Oltin neighborhood citizens’ assembly in Kokand city. During the reception, citizens’ appeals were listened to one by one. A total of 16 appeals on various issues were considered; 4 of them were positively resolved on the spot by the responsible officials, and legal advice and explanations were provided regarding 2 appeals. Three appeals requiring additional time were taken under control according to the established procedure.
